  1. You sir are pissing me off. You are assuming we are entry level retards that don’t know what we are doing. Even if it’s only 1 game (CoD WW2), if it’s only happening using your hardware, it’s your hardware. I have personally tried everything and factory reset at least 6 times, one time entering my bandwidth and letting the Netduma automatically configure for my 200mb speed. Still kicked. It would be more productive for a member of the staff to monitor our router and see it happen in real time, even run a packet capture. But you want to babysit people, and be like an India call center. Next time you will tell us to unplug our router for 30 seconds right. Most people on here are more technically advanced then that
  2. I’m actually within my return period thankfully. Because this is a big issue. If they want to be a company and sell routers then they need to respond when their product is failing
  3. I am shocked we haven’t seen Fraser or one of the other support staff comment. They must be clueless and don’t want to respond. I tried to get their attention with another thread and it got closed with simply don’t open duplicate threads. We need a response on this
  4. Did you try factory reset and not configuring the geo filter at all?
  5. I’ve had a disconnect from Activision servers for two days, just got the Netduma. It doesn’t do it on my other routers. Someone told me to factory reset and don’t configure Geofilter. Haven’t tried that yet. But I’ve tried a lot of things, even disabled it like you

  7. I think you guys need to go back to the drawing board. I’m having the same issue, and it’s disconcerning that you all are clueless as to why. Evidently Asus has it figured out, and Linksys. I don’t get kicked on their routers
  8. I am having this same issue, also with Xbox one. I am so frustrated. Just got my netduma yesterday But silence from Netduma staff on my thread. It is something with this router, it doesn’t do it on two other routers I own
  9. I usually do that, its after I complete a match and it kicks me saying I been disconnected from Activision Servers.. I then try to reconnect and get only a black screen, and then I have to reload the entire game
  10. I am on Xbox.. Why today, never done it to me like this before
  11. I will also mention that afterwards when I reconnect and go through the menu I just get a black screen. Forcing me to restart the entire game.
  12. its not any of the things mentioned, I have yet to block a server.
