  1. Hey Killhippie, You're correct, when I unboxed my XR500 I went through the initial setup and performed a firmware upgrade to the latest release. I tried to rule out as many factors as possible when troubleshooting the issue. I disconnected my Nighthawk X65 Extender, which I thought was causing issues and also blocked everything from connecting to the network through the Device Manager except my PC, which is hardwired. I still was seeing network drops though. Hey Admin, Thanks for the beta firmware. I just installed it and will keep you posted on how well it works for me. I don't plan to do any advanced configuration until I know the network is stable. Thanks again for the assistance everyone. Enjoy your day!
  2. Hello, Was hoping someone could help me out with some issues i’ve been having. I’m getting frequent network drops wether I’m wirelessly connected or hard wired to the XR500. I’ve factory reset and have upgraded to the current version. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!
