I had a Nighthawk that I purchased back in November. The unit worked fine up until the end of May when it stoped working. When I investigated the unit it smelt like an electrical fire. Calling the support number I was able to start the process to replace it. Everything went fine from getting the shipping label up to getting a replacement. The faulty unit was recieved and during that time some update to the rma system happened and now all my information is lost. I'm now stuck in customer service cycle where nobody follows up with me and I'm ignored. This faulty router thankfully didn't start my house on fire because I was home to stop it. I'm deeply upset that I could have lost everything and now I'm being ignored. Is there anyone out there with connections that can help me get into contact with someone to help me?
