mxHOLGE
I finally got my Netduma router today Got some issues. I've have done a reboot on my ISP router and the Netduma. Everytime i click on "Host filtering" - Geo filter it resets my home to Austraila. I change my home loaction to Sweden. I can't change the distance bar. I try again clicking on the geofilter section and it resets to Austraila again. Router ISP: Technicolor TG799tsvn v2. The interface is quite common. Same as Netduma Luke "It works perfectly with my Netduma R1 - quite literally plug and play" (Thread: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/30-remove-xbox-port-forwarding-isp-router/) abc123 offered som help if i got som issues. What am i doing wrong? The Xbox one "device" is already set and it's connected to the Netduma router.

Guest Netduma Fraser
We are aware of the Geo-filter reporting peoples location as Australia, this was shown here: http://forum.netduma.com/topic/14-why-does-the-geo-filter-say-i-am-in-australia/ So just to clarify, did you reboot just the one time? So after placing your home in Sweden, if you go to another page and come back to the Geo-filter its reset to Australia? Your distance is stuck at 2500km and doesn't move at all when you drag it? If so try another browser such as chrome, Firefox or safari. http://forum.netduma.com/topic/72-why-can-i-not-drag-the-distance-on-the-geo-filter/?do=findComment&comment=

I am on a Mac using Safari and am getting the same issue. Shows me in East Australia and I can't move the distance bar either. I will try another browser, but wanted to get this in the queue if you are already working on further testing/patching.
Dillinger
Follow up, and new post if read from a phone and forgotten. The Safari is current and even power cycling both sides of the equation (laptop and router), still no joy. Downloaded Chrome, through the new wireless connection via Duma, and it worked like a champ. Just information for Testing/QA Thanks guys - The experience tonight, after a small issue in set up, was amazing. The visual information I was able to glean from the connection map in the Geo-Filter proved so many suspicions I had that I can probably cross that off the bucket question list. Cheers, JD
