Xbone BO3 help please

Evening all

I'm having trouble getting a friend to join my party. It keeps coming up tut my friend is outside filter range host year we played in the same party I hosted last night. I haven't knowingly changed any settings and my friend only lives a mile away from me. Does anyone know why this is happening and can help? TIA

Try this:

 

1.  Make sure Geo-Filter for Xbox One is not active

2.  Add friend to party

3. Once you find his circle, adjust the sliders so he can be "Unblocked"

4. Turn filter on and play

 

That's what I've done for various people outside of my filter.  Essentially you may also report his "ID" under incorrect locations.

Thanks Zio I will try this as a permanent fix. I got my friend to reset his router and he was able to join the game.
