I play from the island of Puerto Rico and I locate the geo filter so I can conect to the dedicated server of Florida. Its the only server I can connect so I can have 4 bars, but its kind of odd that this spikes happend im not lagging at all on the game. When I connect to the next closest dedi that's on georgia the ping is a flat 60ms but dont get 4 bars allways 3 bars.
