got it set to 575km, strict mode ticked. i,ve got 100% set on both download and upload on reactive. is that ok?

Yeah thats fine. We usually recommend around 1000km, so use the snap button a couple of times and see if that improves :)

ok, 1000 seems alot. was hoping to use 200tops to ensure uk games and keep lag to a minimum

Try it out and see what youre pinging to them :)

just booted it up. adjusted to 1000km, tried about 15 times to put me in tdm, keeps finding games then throwing me out. then says no games found. finally got one. how do i see ping of host?

You click on it and in the box that shows up press ping. Youll see on the map that padlocks appear for the games its trying to put you in. You can choose whether you want to play them by either:

  • Increasing your distance to include the padlock
  • Disable strict mode till you get in the game then enable it

Sorry to hear that Speed, I understand your frustration. That is why we're working on documentation & videos as we speak. I've listed one here but you're nearly there :)

The router essentially puts you in control of your connection, some customers enjoy interacting with it and getting the information from it. Others prefer to get it setup ideally then just leave it alone.

I suspect you're the latter which is great, if that is the case I recommend you basically make the Geo-filter really small where your home is and press the snap button twice. Then you should be able to leave it and just get on with it while you get better connections.

This is the snap button :) post-167-0-30953400-1423088403.png

Any idea how I view my ping history. When I go onto the page it says I have no history. Thanks

Host analysis is a PC only feature. You cannot see the history of your console games, just the ping each time you do it :)
