I think my R2 is partially bricked

I reset the r2 from the web interface a few days ago and instead of booting normally it went into boot loop where the lights would go solid for a few seconds then go out and repeat that process. I pressed the back button and that was able to stabilize the router but I’m currently unable to access the web interface anymore. The WiFi won’t turn on and if I unplug it it goes back into a boot loop. It’s only working as a dumb switch atm and I can’t get it to let me access the interface.
