Hey, thanks for purchasing! Have you connected to the control panel by a wired device and changed the wireless password? Or are you using the serial number from the box? Guest Netduma Fraser Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Serial number from the box Try connecting to the router from a wired device i.e. ethernet cable into your laptop, access the control panel, go to the wifi settings and change the password and then try connecting via wifi with putting in the new password.
