CobalTicz Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 I was wondering if I set the geo filter to a range that is smaller than where my xbox live friends are that i want to connect with will I have to do something else just to play with them. say like the allow and deny (haven't purchased router yet trying to learn everything I can first)

To be specific, you would: 1. Disable the geo-filter and invite your friends 2. Once they have joined, you would click on their circle on your geo-filter and give them a high rating on the Allow Feature, ideally 100% 3. As they have now been whitelisted, you will always be able to connect to them even if they are outside of your filter. I hope that answers your question.
Pilkerboy Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 You have to place them in 'allow', so you can play with your friends even if they are outside of your geo-filter radius.
