Settings help

Hey guys.could someone please help me and put up the best settings available for my r1 from head to toe.im not sure wats the best to have ticked and unticked lol.my isp is bt infinity 52 down and 10 up package with a base ping of around 25 to 35 ms.i live in n.ireland.thanks in advance
