JantsoP
Have low speeds on PC? Then remove avast! anti-virus software. I had this issue and after i changed to eset, no issues. Also check cables + drivers. Check also if someone is torrenting etc on your network. Then check with your Netduma router/ISP box. If they are ok, contact ISPTorrent slow? Disable uTP from settingsSlow wifi? Check if your ISP router wifi is turned off and not using same SSID/password as your new Netduma router. Check with WiFi scanner (android + any laptop/pc with wireless access) what channels are diffrent WiFi hotspots taking. Living in resisental area with alots of wifi connections?
