what sensitivity do you play on? Are footsteps consistent because i can hear them once and then others are gone. what settings are best. I also have astro a40tr.

I play on a 6-6 sensitivity, as far as footsteps are concerned, you can use the tracker perk to hear all footsteps including enemies using dead silence, but like you said sometimes you hear them sometimes you don't and it may be because of the ambient noise being on the high side.
