JConnor
Make sure HDCP is not "on" in the XB360 settings. Similar to the PS3 and PS4, this prevents the signal from going through a third-party connection and requires a direct connection (console>HDTV) to prevent piracy of the signal. Also, to stream console game play to a PC to be streamed, I highly recommend you invest in the Elgato HD60 Pro PCI-E internal capture card because using any external USB 2.0 / 3.0 capture device (all brands) is too slow and will result in the gameplay audio and video being out of sync. I have samples of what real time, perfectly synced game play looks like at 60fps @ 960x540 on my Twitch channel... twitch.tv/r1_dmg_llc
