I would've never figured that out. I did have a device added. i deleted it now it works fine.

I followed another forum of a similar issue. Cleared browser cache and double tap refresh icon “hard reset”. when I press “ok” it goes away, but when I click “add device” after, it just flickers like I am clicking it and nothing happens. i been having this issue for 2 years. I used my phone to try “add device” similar issue. Tried my labtop same thing. Tried different browsers nothing.

Things i Tried -deleting all cache and hard reset -disabled add blocker -lowered my version to .68 -updated to version .74 -tried routerlogin URL and default
