Hi,
I have a question regarding the ping heatmap and geofilter for Arc Raiders.
I´ve updated my XR500 to the latest firmware V2.3.4.148
Now I can choose from the ping heatmap Arc Raiders, but I´m able to ping only a server in Hong Kong. I´ve checked other games like Warzone or Battlefield 6 and its working for those. I´m from Slovakia/Europe. Please see the attached picture. What am I doing wrong?
My other issue is that when I´m trying to set the geo filter, I can´t see Arc Raiders on the game list. If I choose the Unreal Engine games, its not working.
