I have fiber through Ting. The device they use is the Adtran GPON. It doesn’t provide WiFi etc. It doesn’t have a default ip address that I can access. So I’m unable to put the r3 as the DMZ

I noticed that my allocated upload speed is 300 kbps. Ping optimizer isn't working at all and is actually making my ping higher or it keeps crashing. My normal speeds were 700-800 download and upload 150-250mbps. Now I barely hit 50 for upload and my game feels severely delayed. My ping when I first set up the router was 3-4. I have tried everything possible and have factory reset numerous times
