Hi, I just bought a used Netduma R2. The first thing I did was perform a factory reset. I can't get my Netduma to work, and here's the problem: 1. The 2.4 and 5GHz WiFi LEDs are on as soon as I plug in the Netduma. I connect via phone and can access the WiFi. Then I try to log in to the duma os app, entering the admin password, but it gives me an error message saying "incorrect credentials." 2. Every time I try to log in to the WiFi from my PC, the WiFi LEDs immediately turn off and the WiFi no longer works. 3. If I try to log in via Ethernet cable, the WiFi LEDs turn off immediately, but I can access the internet via cable. I try to log in to 192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos, but the website doesn't load...
