  1. Hi Team, I purchased the Netduma R3 two weeks ago, and I have an EE 1.6 Gb internet connection. At first, I connected directly to the Netduma using PPPoE, but the maximum download speed I could reach was only 200–300 Mbps (with SmartBoost turned off). However, when I connect through the EE WiFi Hub using DHCP, I get the full speed of around 850–900 Mbps. In both cases, though, I still experience lag and buffering in gaming most of the time. Another issue I’m facing is with the dashboards — they don’t register my usage at all. It doesn’t detect my gaming, working, or video activity, and the entire dashboard page keeps freezing, taking a long time to load or open different tabs (e.g., Geo-filtering). I’ve tested this both on the mobile app and on my laptop with the same results. I also tried a factory reset of the router, but only the video dashboard time appeared (and has since disappeared again). Please see the attached photo. Could you please advise me on how to resolve these issues? Thank you
