    My 5Ghz isn’t working I have it on split bands it says password is wrong and I’ve tried changing it and trying the password and still says password wrong but the 2.4 ghz works fine and I use the same password for both

    Just got a new r3 from warranty. And this brand new one I just turned it on is getting no internet to it I’ve switched the Ethernet cable switched where the router connects to the wall. Rebooted it. And nothings working. I connect my old router and it gets internet access fine. Help please
