So I got the R3, tried since start of June, but despite it giving a chance to impress me, last weekend I went back to the XR1000V2 and so glad I did. My XR100 V2 is head and shoulders above the R3. Saying that I do think MY R3 has issues and this is why it is being outperformed. Is there a service centre I can send it to be checked over and tested? I had really hoped the R3 was the answer.

Hi all, I have had my XR for a while now and have been happy once I worked out what I needed to make it function well I've just got FTTP 900mb and whilst testing I was somewhat underwhelmed. Swapped out for my ISP (Plusnet in the UK) free router and it appeared to out perform the XR. Did a reset, set it up and a little better but the ISP supplied is still out performing it. A couple of questions. Could my ISP be throttling the XR Should I look at getting a R3? Look forward to hear what you guys can offer. Thank you
