  1. You've been wonderful to work with, but honestly at this point I think I'm ready for a refund. It shouldn't take all of this just to make it work. I ended up plugging my r2 back in last night and it works perfectly. Even the 2.4 works better than the r3 and my vacuum can connect to it 🤣
  2. Nope, the r2 works perfectly. The disconects are with the r3 and battlefield 6. I have an ISP supplied modem on the side of the house
  3. Nope. It's directly connected to the router
  4. It looks like we are back to square one. I logged back onto bf6 and got the typical 10-15 minutes of game time before it kicked all hard wired devices offline. I have since rebooted it so they will come back online. Not sure what it is about bf6 that this router doesn't like.
  5. None. I've left everything default. Just to follow up from last night, I have updated to the new firmware and factory reset the router. Currently everything seems great! Played 3 rounds of bf6 so far with no micro stutters and no dosconects. the wifi status light are actually functioning now. I will update if somthing changes
  6. Hi. Yes as far as I can see, its only bf6. Once I get disconnected, all other lan connected devices also Lose connection. I can play bf6 over WiFi without any disconnection, but it gives micro stutters the entire time. My r2 never had this problem. I will update and report back. Thanks

  8. So a new issue has presented itself about 4 times now. The lan ports just completely shut off. I can reboot it and it will work until I launch bf6 and then she shut off again. I don't even know how to explain it any better cause I don't understand it
  9. Ok thank you. I'll follow up when I get an extender
  10. Also why are these lights always off? The only time I've seen them on is when I start it up for the first time. Reboots and power cycles don't fix it either. Not a big deal, I just thought it was odd
  11. It a rambler/ranch style 3400 sq ft. with the router in the basement in the utility room not in the middle of the house
  12. The modem is ISP supplied mounted out side the house with a basic main cat5 line running to the r3 wan port. Everything is connected to the r3 I pay for 250/250 mbps I get a little over 250 in the r3 speed tests, but I still have it entered as 250/250 Congestion control is default (auto) Smart boost is gaming, cloud gaming, work from home, and streaming Test speeds on 5g is about 260mbps from anywhere around the house, and 2.4 is basically non existent unless I am 5 feet from the router, then I get 30-50 mbps
  13. After messing with it a lot, the 2.4 band is actually unusable because it is so weak. I use wifiman for my analyser and it will say the 2.4 is pretty strong, but then the speed test will say like 1 mbps if I'm lucky. Also the wifi drops off completely every 30 seconds or so, just like my r2. It's fine though. I never expected the 2.4 to be any better with this router. I just need to get an access point dedicated to 2.4 so I can disable 2.4 on the router
  14. I also have these logs that kept saying "WARNING". I wanted to send these to you and then do a factory reset as a hail Mary on the 2.4 band issues. r3 logs.txt
  15. Ya I've addressed all of this. Thanks though
  16. Well I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I think I will purchase a good wifi extender and go that route. But ya all my other devices connect, they are just weak. But thanks for your help
  17. No, the guest Wi-Fi does not let the vacuum connect. But I have been able to get it to connect to our smart home hub via access point mode. The only issue is that the router's 2.4 is very unstable and so the vacuum only connects if the smart hub connects. At this point I'm thinking that there is a ton of interference and I might need a range extender for just 2.4 devices
  18. Hello. My wife surprised me with the r3 this Christmas! Things have been great with this router. There has been one small issue that I can't resolve though, and that is that my eufy robovac isn't seeing my 2.4 wifi in the list, and the other issue is that my garage door opener randomly disconnects even though wifi hasn't dropped. Both devices have about a 50-55 dbm where they are located. Current setup: 2.4 band channel 1 20 mhz width 5g band channel 104 160 mhz width. Both have different names but same password.
