Ok Iv just tried to get on it on the internet and all it’s doing is giving me a white screen it’s not loading at all now! I don’t understand why it’s doing that

It’s in an open reach box all devices are connected to the R2. The app version software is v4.0.192 and the dumaOS version is 3.3.280 , congestion control is disabled and the speed test we are using is Speedtest.net and the inbuilt one on app

Hi I’m currently paying for 900mb but wired I’m getting around 500mb on a speed test and not wired I’m only getting 100 or less. Does anyone know what this could be?
