Hi, I don't understand what you're not making clear!!! QOS isn't working!!! I've tried everything there is to try!!! I either cleared the cache or tried the inconito test!!! Nothing works!!! The bypass test is disabled because it simply gives different values than reality!!!

Good evening, sorry if I didn't reply before, but I was at the playground with the kids!!! So I'll start with the discussion, the Netduma R3 is directly connected to the ONT!!! With PPOE connection!!! My fiber optic speed is 2.5 GB down and 1 GB up. Since the R3 is limited to 1 GB down\up, doing a lot of tests, the best connection was when I entered 800 down and 800 up for the speeds!!! With these values I was having a great time in gaming!!! Obviously the R3 connection to the PC and PS5 is via Cat8 internet cable!!! As DNS I put Google's 8.8.8.8 primary and 8.8.4.4 secondary which work fine!!! The smart boost is set only to Gaming!!! The firmware version is 4.0.540!!! Another thing that is no less important, on the net dumaweb page I remember very well a message about this problem here, which unfortunately I did not have time to read!!!

You're wrong again. The problem is the Netduma R3 Router, not my connection!!! Not the router settings!!! I know very well that internet fluctuation is variable!!! Don't teach me!!! Solve the problem for me!!! You always give the same answers instead of solving it!!! The problem is the router!!! It's under warranty and I can request a repair if you're not able to solve it online!!! Thank you so much!!!

You're wrong, the procedure is the same in both cases. The problem is that now it doesn't work anymore. It's like the router doesn't recognize the QOS optimization request!!! Trust me, I know how to use this router. Fix the problem for me!!!

Up until 5 days ago, everything was working perfectly. The internet connection hasn't improved since! Look at the old photo and today's one with the various differences!

Buonasera, e da 3 gironi che il mio Netduma R3 non funziona correttamente. Aiutatemi per favore. Ho provato a fare il reset ma non funziona. Non va il QOS neanche se lo imposto manualmente. Grazie.
