  1. Sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues. Hopefully you will get it straightened out with Netduma Fraser’s help.
  2. FingerTester, I know how frustrating it can be as I had the same issue. A hard factory reset did the trick as recommended by Netduma Fraser. Just to verify, did you you follow the steps below: To hard reset your router, you’ll need a paper clip like object. Use the paper-clip to hold the reset pin on the back of the router for at least 30 seconds. After 30 seconds release the paper-clip. Leave the router alone for 5 minutes. Access the interface once again and complete the initial setup process. Good luck on getting up and running…Dave
  3. Thank you! A factory reset and resetting up the router corrected the issue. Recommendation to anyone upgrading to firmware v4.0.540, perform a factory reset after the upgrade. I experienced a few issues that have been resolved with the factory reset.
  4. Thank you for that suggestion. I read up further and after performing a factory reset the issue was resolved.
  5. I upgraded to the latest version of firmware on my R3 router. This evening my WiFi has begun dropping out. Should I downgrade to the previous firmware version? Thank you…
  6. Hello, I just updated my R3 to the latest firmware and noticed what I believe is an issue with this release. I was using the Smart Boost feature and placed my PC as the highest priority (x1). It is the only device added within Smart Boost. My PC is hard wired to the router. The issue is that when testing my internet speeds the speed test with Smart Boost enabled is much slower than when the feature is disabled. With Smart Boost enabled my download speeds are between 300-375 Mbps versus 700-900 Mbps with the feature disabled. Do I have Smart Boost set up incorrectly or is there an issue with this feature? TIA
