plus from tim modem i cant extract logs and i asked support and is not losing power since 2 years

It is because the cable is ok main modem is ok i plugged in an other router instad of netduma r3 and its working without and issue from 3 days so i will wait max a week if you dont wanna replace me the modem is ok i will proceed with my bank thanks

so the fault is of the R3 that is not working good thats it the electrician controlled the cable too this week and evrything was good so can u replace my router or i will have to refund with the bank?

tim modem and yes is only connected to net duma r3 yes my pc and my phone v4.0.540 30mb download and 20 upload i pay for 50/100mb yes no yes Playing from PC dekstop via ethernet yes i have geofilter all the device the light of the main connection turn off losing internet

Hello this modem is great for get you bans on games its the third time it disconnect while i play now i cant play on my r6 account for a week plus it disconnect every 1 hours this thing was not fixed or what? 300€ modem for what?
