  1. Hi Fraser, I've been doing more messing about and I hope you don't mind me asking here as opposed to starting a new thread. First quick wee question. If I'm using hybrid VPN. If I swap from the PC to using the duma app, will this automatically turn it off as the option isn't available in the app? Secondly, in order to use the hybrid VPN I have to make my playstation a pc device on duma. When I'm searching for a game, a non-authentication peer server pings in London even if my VPN is set nowhere near there. Do you know what this server is? Can provide an ID if needed. If this server isn't in my filter the game says "can't connect to data server" so I have to allow it. It's also definitely not the authentication server as that is pinging in Warsaw despite being in Dublin (mislocated). Thanks for any advice/insight!
  2. Yeah, I have no real technical knowledge on it so will defer to your expertise! There's so many that it would take me ages mate. Easier for me to just avoid that region with my filter.
  3. They will be pretty aware of how many are required in each region for each bucket though, no? Would likely have the same number of "dead servers" regardless. Yeah as I say, due to that mislocated cluster in Oklahoma, I've been paying a bit more attention. I might play about with this soon and see what it's like.
  4. I did think as much but thought there was an off chance that to speed up matchmaking they were assigned buckets, rather than the first player to join a server deciding the MMR of that server. If that makes sense. I can't say I'm noticing too many recurring servers but I've not properly looked either.
  5. Firstly, I know the purpose of the router isn't to mess with any matchmaking algorithm so if this discussion isn't allowed then apologies Fraser! Obviously we know duma has the ability to block individual servers, which I'm having to do due to the plethora of mislocated ones. But it has got me thinking, does the game have servers allocated to specific skill buckets? Like will certains servers always contain a ≥X MMR and others for the opposite. Has anyone experimented with blocking certain servers on duma and what have you found? I consistently see the same players over and over again in my lobbies, especially the crimson and iridescent players and would be curious if this done anything.
  6. Ideal! Really appreciate the response as always. For anyone else looking for a workaround just avoid Oklahoma and you'll be fine. You can individually click and allow and deny within the cluster too.
  7. Any update for this Fraser? They all seem to be dislocated, authentication servers and the the big cluster in Oklahoma.
  8. Ideal! I'll keep you posted on my end too!
  9. Just to confirm mate, it is just that location. I tested everywhere else and the geofilter is working as it should in game. Seems to be a huge cluster in Oklahoma. Is it cheeky to ask you to update this thread if you manage to fix it? I'll happily guinea pig to check it's working as it should. Appreciate all the help as always!
  10. That's pretty interesting! Thanks! It seems they have put a massive cluster in the Oklahoma region. When I'm tapping these ones the ping return from me varies from 40ms to 259ms. Never normally get that many pings from that region.
  11. I think there's a host and not necessarily clustered as my game searches from <41ms - <50-58ms before jumping to the range I have selected but I'll take notes from them when possible! Out of sheer curiosity, how do they end up mislocated in the first place?
  12. I'll do my best but it'll be a mammoth task haha
  13. Ahh ideal! Think there is loads of them for what it's worth mate as I'm consistently getting 40ms ping but marked as USA.
  14. I have no servers allowed in Poland. Connected to a polish one in a game now and this is the server the app says I'm connected to for the game.
  15. I'll try to do this at the weekend when I'm next on. Should it be allowing servers nearby a mislocated one though? Feel like this still doesn't really explain why I keep getting connected to polish servers.
  16. I do appreciate all the help by the way! I doubt that there would be so many mislocated servers in the US locations though as every game I get polish servers despite not having it in my zones?
  17. I actually can't provide an id as it doesn't show on the map. Only the misplaced authentication server. However, my in game ping is 40-45 which is for Warsaw. The app shows as if I'm connected to a US game server but I absolutely am not as the in game ping is far too low. When this was working just last week, the game would start searching from the ping appropriate to my geofilter. It's as if that authentication server being misplaced is allowing other Warsaw servers to connect. Just played a game there that appeared on my app as attached. My in game ping was 43ms and I'm located in Scotland. The game connected to a lobby before broadening the search beyond <60ms. It's really bizarre.
  18. They are mislocated as when I click them it says 15 ping (I'm 40ms from Warsaw). However, the game keeps putting me on Polish servers (40ms ping) despite it not being in my selected regions. The game starts searching at <43ms and jumps to <100ms which is give or take how far the servers I want to play on actually are.
  19. I've restarted and toggled the geo-filter which has remedied the all server problem but it still continues to allow Polish servers. Any idea how to solve this?
  20. How would I see if filtering is toggled off? It's definitely not the other 3. I've not touched anything since it was working fine to prompt this change. Unrelated I assume too but I can't check ping heatmap for warzone or BO6 on that tab too.
  21. Still not working today. Screenshot for reference. Strict mode on etc.
  22. That makes it even more bizarre. Last night the filtering wasn't working at all but on Friday night I did allow or not set a rule for they servers. Filtering appeared to be working and although they were in Poland they looked on my duma app to be behaving just like the Dublin ones (white circle with a tick). However, I kept getting placed in games on polish servers. When the game connects/refreshed after a game I could see the usual orange triangles over all blocked servers but the game kept polish servers open despite me not allowing them
  23. The ping suggests it is indeed Poland though. Also there are no actual game servers in Dublin. I think it is the two attached but will confirm if a different pings next time I'm on mate. No to the questions, I have forwarded ports but this hasn't affected it before.
  24. Last few nights have been really odd issues. Normally playing there is an authentication server that has to ping in Dublin (can't play without it etc I know) but allowing this doesn't normally force games nearby and I can filter as I please. Last night, this authentication server was showing as in Poland but was named "Dublin 1" or "2". Blocking this prevented me from playing. If I allowed it, it randomly forced me to play on polish servers. I normally force servers further so didn't want this. Tonight, same story but I also have a problem i faced a while ago too where regardless of settings. No filtering is working. All servers flashing white on startup despite strict mode etc. Have tried resyncing and logging out, everything off and on and no avail. Any help?
  25. I can still find games but the usual long wait and the game is clearly searching for a game on that Milan server (Don't think it's ever put me in a game on that Milan one). Other whitelisted ones like the Dublin verification server don't do the same. Like I can see on my geofilter map that it's pinging but the game isn't trying to put me in that server and starts at a much higher ping. Hope that makes sense!
