I can't upgrade the firmware. I got an error msg : Error uploading Firmware: Could not send request to router Then i disconnect and have to restart the router

Ok It happened again. I could not access from the app and from the PC i got the following message: Pardon our mess We have detected that some features may not haveo Loaded correctly. EVen then i could not access. I reatarted the router and internet now wasnt working nor i could access r3. I had to make a factory reset. Please solve. I saw a similar thread from another user, Josh200505 and Krysis41, maybe you should move the thread to r3 support because It seems that its a router problem

Hello, I just bought your modem and when I try to use the app some times i cannot connect due to "server internal error" message. Internet Is working, i Just have problems with the app. I have to reboot the modem for the app to work. My phone Is Samsung S24 Ultra. Modem R3 Please help.
