Hello, need some help please. My ping heat map is not showing servers for cod warzone or any other game. I reset my router and still nothing. I resync to cloud and still not working. I wasn’t having this issue before. Please help?

So I exit out of google chrome and log back into the router and the ping heatmap was working. I saw servers. I went to geo-filter and added my pc with call of duty and did not work. I clicked on ping heatmap again, and now it shows no servers anymore

Should I update the router now?. When I go to check for new update it says no new firmware version available . Current version 1.0.0.68

So I think we got some progress. now it’s able to sync to the cloud and I can finally click on ping heatmap. but nothing shows in ping heatmap when I chose bo6 or warzone. also for geo-filter: I can now resync to cloud and when I add device and pick call of duty (pc) it says “error unable to install because some filters are overlapping”

Model “BGW210-700”. I did not set anything on my internet providers modem/router. I simply plugged the XR Ethernet cable to my internet providers. Nothing has been changed. Armor is not enabled

Was not able to login with: http://192.168.1.1 I was able to login with this method : http://routerlogin.net I also turned off blocker and still the same issue system information does show I have internet/ a wan IP

So finally load up the router login. Still not working. I got these two messages Picture 1: I sync to cloud and received that message pic 2: I try to set home manually at a different state and that came out.

I downgraded to the version you provided and it rebooted itself. Now it’s stuck trying to load up

30 seconds, yes I had to create a new admin password, it ran my speed test, checked for firmware update, ect…

This message comes out now. It now says “unterminated JSON encoded ….”when I click ok it pops back up

Keep getting error that says “RPC error 'ERROR UNKNOWN": In also got this when I installed it. I also reset the router multiple times. I updated the firmware can someone please help
