    Hi, I’ve been having issues with my duma OS ever since I installed the new software update my connection benchmark does not work. It stays stuck with a circle in the middle of the screen and doesn’t ever move. I factory reset twice today and now after doing that now QOS and connection benchmark aren’t working also how would I know if I have version 2 of XR1000 or version 1. Thanks
