Need help getting my XR500 to work with lte

I connected it today via my Orbi lte in port 1 as WAN and the xr500 internet light stayed orange and didn’t show in wifi list -
Hello so I’ve done some research and can’t really find much, I currently only have access to LTE and am using a Orbi & a nighthawk m1 I’m working if any of them are compatible to use with the XR500?, thanks.
