I have speedtest bypass disabled No the problem is i reserved 18mbps for Twitch but if i start a upload speedtest twitch drops from using 11mbps to 8mbps .... which instantly causes tons of dropped frames... so Reserved bandwidth just doesn't function? since if there is a reserve of 18mbps out of 20mbps the other app should use 2mbps not 9mbps like it is in that screenshot....?

How does this make sense if 18mbps is reserved for twitch? but then a upload speedtest is being allowed to use 9mbps but my max is 19mbps??? The math isn't mathing

So I noticed that there is no possible way that I can somehow limit an apps bandwidth I set a reserve for Twitch to use 11mbps upload but if i start a upload speedtest both twitch and the testing website will use around 8mbps which then results in Twitch dropping thousands of frames as it is requiring 11mbps NOT 8mbps Is there anyway to set it so "Unknown" things or speedtests etc physically aren't aren't to use over X amount of bandwidth?

Would it be possible to be added to the Beta Firmware thank you
