My experience. Central US. Sparklite ISP. I am on the latest beta 4.0.41 firmware. When trying a factory reset to setup the router I am still unable to run a speed test, optimize ping test. I can test my ping but not optimize. My WiFi signal even after splitting the channel to seperate 2.4/5 still has issues. 5ghz has better range than the 2.4 which is odd. Neither have good range at all. 100ft away through one wall speeds drop tremendously (couple hundred MB) I don’t understand the “channel/mhz well enough to mess with it” it’s bad enough I can’t stream twitch in 1080p without issues Unless I switch to the 5ghz channel. I can see the router from the tv I’m trying to watch it on. I have tried to use Duma to other locations. It will still connect me to many places outside the circle I have selected. It’s on strict with fast search off. I am unable to open Duma web unless I restart the router frequently. I’m going to factory reset and go back to the old nighthawk for daily use. However, I am Very eager to try any solutions to help make this the best router anyone’s ever had!
