  1. Completed a factory reset and went through the guided setup. Just like a couple days ago, I am now getting the error "DumaOS is not running". Only fix is to factory reset again?
  2. So far, no improvement with the recommended troubleshooting steps.
  3. After the above trouble shooting, I am still at the "DumaOS is loading" screen.
  4. Now I am back to how I was a couple days ago where it gets stuck in "DumaOS is loading" which means I will now have to reset the modem. I am going to try unplugging for a few minutes and seeing if that fixes it. However, this is starting to become more and more frequent of an issue just like the XR1000 had.
  5. I am on 3.3.280. Retries is on 5. Rebooting and waiting to see result. I will update in a few minutes on status.
  6. Hello again! I have noticed a recurring issue that made me move away from the XR1000. RAPP's work for the first 24hours after a reset, then I get the "RAPP is not loaded yet" message afterwards. Generally, a reset works for this issue, but I would really like to NOT have to do this on a daily basis. Is there a known cause for this issue and is there anything I can do to get this from happening? *Edit*: This message generally occurs on the Ping Heatmap and Geo Filter. 99% of the time, the other options work without issue.
  7. It is currently working. I left it unplugged overnight and now it is properly going through the setup. I also was not able to turn off IPv6 since I need it on for my job, so I can’t confirm if that solution would have worked. I can say that whatever the issue was, it seems to be resolved at the moment.
  8. Completed with no change in outcome.
  9. I kept getting "This RAPP is not running right now" error, so I restarted the router. After that, I stayed at the "DumaOS is loading, could take up to 4 minutes". After several minutes of this, I just reset the router. I waited 10 minutes after reset to log into the dashboard and got "DumaOS is not running". Cleared cache and tried multiple browsers. Tried a reset and 15 minute wait with cache cleared. Still receiving the "DumaOS is not running". After both resets, it did let me configure SSID etc, but then just kicks me back to the DumaOS message. I even tried http://dumaos/dumaweb/ with no success. IPConfig shows the R2 IP as gateway and I have internet connection. Any thoughts?
