I just connected my new netduma r3 router to my xfinity gateway and the wifi seems to be working fine. I am attempting to use the DumaOS 4 Speed Test and Ping Optimizer but with no luck. When I use the speed test it just says my upload and download speeds are "-". and when I try and use the ping optimizer it says "DumaOS is unable to complete the Ping Optimizer process due to external circumstances." I have already tried restarting my router and modem but am still getting the same results. I would also like to note that my download speed is about 200mbps less than what I was getting before I installed the router.
