I thought about downgrading the firmware. but I can't, is it possible to do it via pendrive?

Hello from Brazil, I updated the latest firmware with the file I downloaded here from the forum on my R3, however it stopped accepting PPOE login data and when I go to the home screen, it doesn't leave that loading screen. Can someone help me?
