  1. Thanks Fraser. Also Geofilter needs looking at for XDefiant too. It isn't working at all unfortunately.
  2. I have XDefiant in my heatmap list at the bottom (v4.0.41 firmware), although Ping stabiliation doesn't appear to be working, if it is meant to work in the same way as it does with COD..
  3. This seems to have worked! Very strange. Thanks for your help again! P
  4. That's the strangest thing. It seems to be working the opposite way. I could already see 2 bands in the advanced settings Netduma R3 2.4GHz and Netduma R3 5GHz. I could only see the 2.4GHz option on my laptop's Network and my choice in DumaOS was to SPLIT WIFI BANDS even though It said there were already two bands, so I went through the process of 'splitting' them by clicking on the 2.4GHz band, renamed it and saved, then the 5GHz band disappeared on DumaOS, however the 5GHz band is now visible in my network options on my laptop and I can now only see one band (2.4GHz) in DumaOS and my option is to MERGE WIFI BANDS. You can see the 5GHz band 5th from bottom of the list and I can connect to it. Am I going mad?
  5. Yeah I did all that before updating the firmwear. Cleared all the data and cache and rebooted the router before installing the update.
  6. Hi folks, after updating the firmware to v4.0.23 I am no longer able to split the WiFi bands into 2.4GHz and 5GHz. It was working fine before but now the Confirm button is greyed out when I try to modify the bands. I've rebooted the router a number of times. When it says choose which WiFi band you want to split, I can see both bands, which would suggest that they're already split, yet there's no option to merge bands so they must be merged. I've tried to split by trying each band in turn but as mentioned I am unable to Confirm any actions as the button is greyed out. I don't see the 5GHz band in my list of available networks on my mac laptop so they must me merged. I need both bands as I'm unable to mirror my laptop screen using the 2.4GHZ band. Thanks in advance for your help/ thoughts. Pete.
  7. Thanks for the prompt replies! P
  8. Hi folks, how do I manually update the firmwear on my R3? I'm currently on 4.0.21 but would like to test the latest version. I can't see an Admin section to install from a downlaod. Thanks, P
  9. This did the trick! Thanks Fraser. Pete.
  10. Thanks Fraser. That's exactly what I did and I still have a Moderate NAT. I also disabled UPnP when trying to port forward. I'll have a look through the forum, as I've only just started using the Netduma and only just registered here. P
  11. Hi there, I'm using a PS5 and I still seem to get lag spikes with Modern Warfare 3. I'm am also unable to get an Open NAT, plus I don't see any Gaming Activity in the Dashboard at all. I only see Video Activity, even though it sees my PS5 is connected. I am connecting my NETDUMA R3 directly to a fibre modem that doesn't have its own router. It looks like an AdTran 622v. The way I need to open ports on DumaOS is a bit different to what I was using to get Open NAT before I swapped, which was with DDWRT on my old Netgear NightHawk. Could you please explain in detail what the Source and Destination port numbers should be for COD MW3? I see that I can switch to Range to put the port ranges in, but I'm a bit confused about Source and Destination for both protocols. A feature request that would be great is if we could see which ports were being automatically opened whenever we use UPnP with a specific game, as I don't trust it's opening the correct ports, at least for MW3. Ports needed to be open for Modern Warfare 3 are: TCP: 3478-3480 UDP: 3074, 3478-3479. I'm currently on; DumaOS version: 4.0.21 App version 4.0.0 Thanks in advance. Pete.
