  1. @Netduma Fraser Hi there, I was wondering if I can please get the new firmware, thanks.
  2. @Zippy @Netduma Fraser False alarm. I guess I had to wait an hour for it to go back to normal. Maybe it was the weather that was acting up. But anyways thanks again for writing back. Can’t wait to see what other future updates we’ll have in stored 👍
  3. @Zippy Spectrum is my isp. But before when I would test my speed on the ps5 my download would be around 300. Now it’s around 30 mbps. Could the weather effect my speed?
  4. I’m in the U.S. and curious if it’s just me or anybody else in the states having the same problem?
  5. @Netduma Fraser I was messing around and added my ps5 to the bandwidth reservation ports, but decided to switch it back to default by doing a factory reset. Now I can’t remember in this photo if the download was already set to 10mbps and Upload 5mbps by default or if it’s off.
  6. @emma787 I’m on the same boat as you. Looks like we’ll have to wait and see what the next update will have. Hopefully it’ll get sorted out. I took a 2 week break from cod and it feels like they up’d the sbmm. Multiplayer is annoying right now
  7. @karmasmessenger It still happens to me from time to time. It also takes awhile for it to even find a game when you are close to your nearest server. Idk if it’s like that in overwatch, but in cod it does
  8. @karmasmessenger Disable geo latency and restart your console or pc, see if that helps
  9. @emma787 Has everything been running smooth with your geo filter? Mine still kinda acts up. One game it’s searching for 50ms then my next it goes up to 170ms in mwIII. Just wondering if it’s happening with you as well
  10. @Netduma Fraser Ok thanks a bunch. I’ll make sure to use all the knowledge you gave me. Great community you guys have here and very helpful. Cheers 🍻
  11. @Netduma Fraser Fantastic, got it. Do you have any tips on when to… Factory reset = Reboot = Lets say my Ethernet cable gets disconnected, would a reboot do fine Or Factory reset
  12. @emma787 Are you playing mwIII? If so it helped me when I enabled crossplay and adding more game modes to my playlist. Before I would only have Kill Confirmed selected. Now I added two more game modes and I can find a game sorta faster now. It’s probably just my own little theory. Rebooting my router also helped a bunch
  13. @Netduma Fraser Good to know. Sorry for all these questions. But if I’d like to add another device to the geo filter a simple restart of the app would be fine or the console? One last thing. Just so I’m getting it right. Because everything is going fine as of now. But anything I want to change on the Netduma website I restart the (console). Anything I want to change on the game (reboot) the game?
  14. @Netduma Fraser Another thing, if I want to make my radius wider will I also have to reboot the router?
  15. @Netduma FraserI rebooted it and made sure it didn’t connect to another WiFi and reset my ps5 and so far it seemed to be finding the server I’ve been trying to connect to. It still made me connect to a different server though. But if I make any changes in the game mwIII will I always have to reboot the router and reset my ps5? Or just close the app and start it back up?
  16. @Netduma Fraser Thank you for going to pass that onto the team. And thanks for getting back to everyone. When I make any changes I’ll make sure to reboot it and see if it got any better. UPDATE: When I reboot the router it stays loading on this. Should I refresh the page or just wait it out? Also I just rebooted the router and console and no luck
  17. @emma787 Exactly. Then when it does find your server it never connects to it. It just keeps on blinking wanting to. The first time I installed the new firmware .23 it was working fine. The next day just did a complete 180. I’m hoping it gets fixed soon. Kinda frustrating having to try everything and nothing works…
  18. @Netduma FraserIn Texas directly around the main server there. I also don’t know if “relay connected or disconnected “ makes a difference. Sometimes it switches back and forth.
  19. @Netduma Fraser No luck. It still pings me and connects me to different servers out of the radius unfortunately.
  20. @Netduma Fraser Another photo of it finding the server and never joining. Does nat type have anything to do with it as well. Mines on moderate…
  21. @Netduma Fraser This on on the latest firmware .23. Last night was putting me in servers in my radius. Now out of the blue they’re putting me back in servers across the world
  22. The nearest server keeps on blinking for me to connect to it, but it never does. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? I’m on ps5 btw
  23. The nearest server keeps on blinking for me to connect to it, but it never does. Is anybody else experiencing this?
  24. So yesterday when I was playing mwIII on my ps5 I was able to find lobbies in my radius since the servers are in my area. Now this morning it’s hard for me to find a match. Should I reboot? Factory reset again? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
  25. @TG3NOC1D3 Feel free to give any of us an update! Hopefully a second factory reset will fix the problem like me 🙏
