After a weekend with the ASUS this thing is a beast at least in my testing those speeds are over WiFi and the coverage is amazing… cod of duty at least on rebirth island with crossplay off been real smooth as well under 15 latency 90% of the time

Man I wish it worked fine for me because when it did work it was amazing for warzone unfortunately the WiFi was horrible in my household and the Ethernet connection kept dropping even after the update

I don’t need crazy speeds I just need reliable WiFi and consistent speeds at all times which so far the ASUS is doing better than the R3… the R3 for me had no WiFi coverage at all unless I was near it and never had consistent internet at all would need to restart every other day just to get good speeds and I kept losing internet connection to my ps5 on random days since day one

To each their own but I had the R3 since late January hasn’t work to my liking since day one 3 months in still no fix what they need a half a year to fix they router 🤔 nah I that’s unacceptable to so I just sold it and moved on 🤷🏽♂️…. Hope eventually they fix everything and you guys enjoy it but for $200 I need something that work all the time not every other day

You should at this point I don’t even think it’s completely fixable and honestly they taking way to long to put out a fix for poopy that’s been a problem since day one
-
Got tired of waiting for a fix on the R3.When it works it’s amazing but that’s once in a blue moon so decided to sell it to my buddy and let him deal with all the headaches lol…. New router hopefully this one is good
-
I’m having the exact same issues hopefully just a firmware update does the trick 🤞🏾
-
iPhone 15 pro and I already put the R3 back in the box and went back to the XR500 since it work perfect…I’ll wait till they figure out what the issue is with the R3
-
This where I setup my R3 had the xr500 in this same spot and works flawlessly but the R3 in the other hand I leave this little room and the signal instantly to poor while the xr500 I can go outside and still get decent signal… nothing but a Xbox is in this room and it’s locked almost exactly in the middle of the house just on the upstairs level
-
Nope nothing helped splitting the bands and changing channels actually made it worse tried rebooting 3 times nothing I have it located in the same spot I had my xr500 some how can walk 10 feet before signal goes from fair to bad…. Went back to my xr500 working better than the r3 except dumaos on the app
-
I tried everything 👆🏽I just went back to my xr500 for now hopefully a firmware update fixes the r3 down the road…
