Hello, When I first got my new router this month I was able to setup the ping optimizer with no issue. Now since I did a factory reset to the router when I go to do either a quick test or full test it never completes. It just keeps saying setting up with the loading circle continously going. I really like this feature and hope I can get help on fixing it back like before. Thanks
