Yeah I’ve tried this and still experiencing the same issue.

I own an XR1000v2 and am connected to my nighthawk network on my mobile and it keeps doing this. I've had no issues with connecting via the web browser and have tried changing my password which didn't work. Firmwear version: 1.1.0.16_2.1.25 Can someone please assist me with this issue?
