  1. I don't mean to push, but it has been a week and I still can't use the device properly. Can you give me an update?
  2. @Netduma Fraser Hi! Any update so far?
  3. Yeah of course. Thanks for the quick support so far!
  4. I don't think that any attempted changes to the wifi settings end up in my logs. I can see the same messages iterating over and over. Below you can find the snippet I just took. The part until and including 07:47:03 was idle mode. Then I did the change to the wifi settings and compared the logs, which is the part from 07:47:10 and beyond. However, it seems like it is giving me the same type of logging as before, which is the same thing over and over as far as I can read back. To me this suggests that the router is not even aware of the changes I am trying to make. 5. I succesfully upgraded the firmware and did a factory reset. Unfortunately, the problem persists. This time I also tried to leave the wifi settings from the "first start"-wizard default, which meant <empty> in my case. I was unable to do so, because these fields were mandatory. Is it normally expected to have the default device wifi settings pre-filled here? If so, this might also be a clue in what is going wrong here. In any case, I followed the same steps as before, in order to set up my wifi, but the behavior remains identical to how it was on the previous firmware.
  6. Done. Will give this a try, thanks!
  7. Here is how the screen looks when it loads and also when I filled in my configuration.
  8. Thank you for your reply. I have tried this, but unfortunately it did not work. The result is the same.
  9. Hi. I recently purchased a Netduma R2 and so far it has been great, except for the Wifi. In my settings, I can see that the Wifi is disabled, so I enable it. I can set the SSID, the password, etc. However, when I apply the changes, it is not actually saved. Navigating away and back to this screen make it look as if I never performed the previous step! Everything is gone. Few things to consider: - I cannot select any Wifi Channels or Channel Width. Personally i have the feeling that is the main culprit, but who knows? - My latest troubleshooting was pointed towards the timezone settings, since this could affect the wifi channels? I've tried different regions and daylight saving enabled/disabled. No luck - I already did a factory reset - The wifi lights on the router don't turn on. So far, I haven't seen them blink even once. - In the first use wizard, I've also tried to set the Wifi settings. I filled in all of the details and expected it to work, but it didn't. - My firmware is up-to-date - I've tried several device restarts (both my ISP modem as well as the Netduma R2) - I've tried changing the settings from different browsers, including cleared cache - All of the other functions in the router seem to work fine! Is someone able to help out?
