Hi @Netduma Fraser @Netduma Alexi have pubg mobile contest in the next 9 days and I only purchased the R3 just to play pubg mobile can you please let me know you guys are able to add pubg mobile or should I lose the hope I've already play 1 tournament on my main router as I was told you will test test game and add it to R3

As far as I've followed the topics and the answer given by the admins and even after few updates the problems are still there I strongly believe there is a hardware issue which they are trying to fix with software

Let me know how it works I might as well go for it I will let my great grandchildren use R3 when the new firmware comes out in their time

My R3 software version is 4.0.41

If you go to hybrid VPN it suggests to upgrade the firmware to latest version to use hybrid VPN @Netduma Fraserany update on the new firmware?

Hi I've been waiting for the update to come and see if my r3 would work properly as currently it set aside due having all numerous issues if even after the new coming update it won't work I'm afraid I have to return mine too

Ping assist is already disabled Strict mode is enabled as default aswell as fast search I've not just restarted the console but factory reseted the R3 and did all the correct settings but still the same

I have applied the same settings I have been using on my xr1000 which worked fine so far Prioritised my device in Qos Select my device to gaming console Set a Geofilter for United Kingdom and France turned off geo latency so I don't get connected to outside server's

The problem with R3 is even if I do all settings correctly and set Geofilter around United Kingdom and France which has available server's to connect it will still connects to Chinese and Middle east server's randomly Any idea when is the next update will be available?

Hi netduma team @Netduma Fraser Since day one I've ordered the R3 I've been having ping spikes issues I tried almost everything but there's seems to be no luck I tried updating it to .23 yet still I'm having the ping problem I'm been using xr1000 for almost 2 years I don't have any problem with that and currently still using it really a shame that waiting for the R3 so long and preording it only to be put aside due to software problems I've been in contact with @Netduma Frasersince December complaining about the ping issue Kind regards AFGHAN

Hello, netduma team@Netduma Fraser I am writing to request the addition of PUBG Mobile to the Geofilter I understand that the Geofilter feature currently doesn't have PUBG Mobile. However, I would like to request that the development team consider adding this pubg mobile to the Geofilter as I only play pubg mobile competitively I understand Geofilter have pubg PC but unfortunately it won't work on pubg mobile. I've requested netduma team number of time to add pubg mobile to Geofilter but unfortunately there seems to be no progress Thank You in advance

Despite of upgrading to .23 I'm still having ping issues with R3 but if I use my xr1000 everything works perfectly @Netduma FraserI've send you numerous messages but unfortunately I'm still waiting for your reply

I'm using the r3 as main router and the isp as a bridge I will try the firmware provided and let you know if it worked Many thanks

The ping I get on r3 is between 33 to 48 and that with congestion control on but on xr1000 I get stable 22-24
