This can be closed, I called ATT to allow IP passthrough for the router and that worked.

I can ping fine to the ip 192.168.77.1 on cmd, its just giving me a duma os not running which is impossible because ive done the initial setup 3 times now.

I did that, I’ve looked at other forum posts and have done a good amount of troubleshooting. I used that one link as well to connect to router but that website gives me an error

I just bought a net duma R2 router 2 days ago and it came in the mail about an hour ago. I set everything up correctly on the hardware side, connecting it to my ISPs router and the power and everything. Did the dumaos/ in the url for the startup with my location etc. When finishing the startup im supposed to move on to the Duma OS in my browser but it says DumaOS is not running! I didnt expect this to happen with a out the box brand new device. Ive restarted the router by holding down the reset button for 15 seconds and i have unplugged the power of the device, i even did the startup questions on dumaos/ again and still the same issue.
