also, the R3 doesnt even turn on until i turn my ps5 on, do i need to do a reset? if so, how do i reset it?

but i didnt, my R3 hasnt been reset since i got it, the only thing that was reset was my R2 when i gave it to my brother who lives in florida. Could that have messed my account up if he reset the R2 to create his own account? i dont see how being i had to set up a completely new log in when i got my R3.

@admin Sorry for the multiple post, i just noticed there was a section for R3 support so im posting in here. I cannot log into my R3 OS, when i click sign in the log in box just blinks and stays there, i can keep clicking sign in and it’ll just keep blinking. Ive never had issues logging in until now and nothing has changed on my end. Need some help here please.

@admin I'm having trouble logging into my R3, i connect to the modem go to the ip address in the URL and log in with my credentials but the username and password box just blinks and tells me something about my connection to the site not being private. no matter how many times i click sign in it doesnt log in. I've never had trouble before logging in to fix my settings, I need some help please.

@admin if an extender is being used in the room where the PlayStation is, (so playstation 5 is plugged into the extender which is in the room upstairs) and downstairs is where the actual AT&T Modem is. How would we connect and use the net duma with a setup like this?

Hello I just recently bought the new NetDumaR3 and gave my R2 to my brother who lives in Florida, is there a way to reset the R2 so he can plug it in and set it up as his own? or does he have to use the login from when i had it to access the router settings and everything? please let me know what we need to do and thank you for your time.

@admin can i use the netduma router in 2 different places? i live in brooklyn, but im going to visit family in another state, can i connect there without ruining my set up here at home?

No I haven’t even accessed it yet. I tried to connect to it from my computer which i did find the r2s wifi signal from my computer but when I connected to it it said no internet. So from what im understanding i have to connect to netduma with my comp, insert the link the netduma gave me, set it up then ill have internet??

no, my building uses unity as their isp, with them i get wifi for the apartment which is completely separate from my direct connection so technically i have 2 different internets, I dont need nor have any routers, modems or anything like that to run the internet. My direct connection that i use for my ps5 (the one i plugged the r2 in with) is a cat 5 outlet in my wall so i plug from there directly into the ps5.

My ISP is Unity, they do not have a modem the internet is built into the building walls so my system just plugs straight into the wall using a cat 5 cable. I bought the R2 but when i plug the R2 into the wall I'm getting no internet. Do i absolutely need a modem for the R2 to work? because my ISP does not have one at all nor can they provide one as their service does not work like that.
