i was able to get back into dumaos for the time being. i unplugged my r2 from power for 10 mins and plugged it back in, waited 5 mins then held the factory reset button for 30 sec and then gave it another 5 mins to boot up and hardwired my mac to my r2 and was able to get in, everything seems to be running normal now. thanks

I'm having this same problem on a NetDuma R2, can't get passed black screen "DumaOS is not running!" after a factory reset edit : running firmware 3.3.280
