How and where to test it?

I tried 70-80 percent before and I tried anotjer percentage but bothing works. I also try turning ON Geo Filtering but not helping. I lived in hawaii

The XR is connected to my iPad. In order to work in Congestion Control, I changed the iPad's mode to "Game Console" in the device manager. My XR WiFi is not connected to any other devices.

Average Ping in the Game: 40ms - 60ms Mod Model: XR1000 Only 1 devices connected to the XR which is the one im using right now. I cant provide the QOS Screen because I already restart the XR.

We have an issue. When I played PUBG Mobile, the bullets were not registered to the enemy. All netduma OS settings, including geo filtering, network priority, and congestion control, have been configured. I tried resetting my network and putting it in AP mode, which seemed to help a little bit.
