I seen TODDzillaInLA posted a new video https://youtu.be/deFxoDvqTYs and he says there's a new firmware but i cant fine it in the forums and does anyone know his SmartQoS settings?

i just got my new Netduma R2, connected it and went thru set. it will not locate and find my location where i live it only says loading then nothing found. when going to ping heatmap i get this msg. when trying to SyncCloud i get this msg Thank you for all your help.
