the exact duration fluctuates, sometimes a day, couple days, or ~ a week, I tried to capture logs periodically but never seem to see anything interesting. how do I download the early access one? I have also applied manually to that before but haven't seen any emails/notifs about how to access if I was granted already. thanks.

Hi, I've been having some random hung issue with my netduma r2, I've updated to the latest fw already (3.3.280) and had done the hard reset after fw upgrade to get a clean slate, but currently still will get the hung issue within couple of days of use, when the hung happened all internet traffic for all devices are stopped, I can't even access the router admin page (77.1) even if pc is directly connected through ethernet to the r2 ethernet port so I can't really retrieve any logs for debug, once I power cycled the r2 the internet access will come back but this is very frustrating, I have static ips assigned in my config and have already limit the range of DHCP assignments to above .100 and the reserved ip to be <100 according to one post and have maxed out the dhcp lease time didn't help with hung issue.
