i have not rebooted during the upgrade process, and after about 1 hour i have tried to go to 192.168.77.1 - then i have tried to set up static ip - the same problem. after another 2 hours i have tried to reset the netduma. but the reset button is not working - nothing happens - i push the button vor 30 seconds (checked with stopwatch on my phone) then i pull out the plug and pushed the button for another 30 seconds, then plug in again and pushed for another 30 seconds - nothing happens. after that i was on easter holidays at my gilrfriend and let the netduma plugged off. yesterday i have tried again without any improvement.
I have bought the netduma last year in july - but i have no order number - i only have a customer reference : 40992 hope this is helpful.
If you want i can send you a screenshot of ipconfig but i know the problem is definitely on the netduma. additional i have to say i was working as an IT administrator few years ago - so i should know how to connect to the router (even a ping to the router adress is not working)
